At Huzur Fragrance, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver premium-quality fragrances and products. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please review our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You receive a damaged, defective, or leaking product.
  • You receive a product different from the one ordered.
  • The product delivered does not match the description or appearance shown on our website.
  • You receive an incorrect size (where applicable).
  • You are not satisfied with the fragrance received from our in-house Huzur Fragrance collection.

Important Notice

For any complaint regarding:

  • - Damaged product
  • - Missing product
  • - Empty package
  • - Product leakage
  • - Wrong product received

An unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened is mandatory. Without a valid unboxing video, return, replacement, or refund requests may not be approved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  1. - Products that have been used, worn, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  2. - Products with broken seals or opened packaging unless the item was received defective.
  3. - Customized or personalized products.
  4. - Clearance, sale, discounted, or promotional items.
  5. - Free gifts, combo offers, and promotional products.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • - The product must be returned in its original condition.
  • - Original packaging, labels, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • - The item must not be used, damaged, or tampered with after delivery.
  • - Replacement is subject to product availability.

Refund Policy

To raise a return or refund request, contact our customer support through WhatsApp or email within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

  1. - Order ID
  2. - Product photos/videos
  3. - Unboxing video (if applicable)
  4. - Detailed description of the issue

Once the issue is verified, we will process a replacement, store credit, or refund as applicable.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.

For approved returns, products must be shipped back to us within 7 days of return approval.

Cancellation Policy

- Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placing the order.

- Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

- Customized or personalized orders cannot be cancelled.

- Huzur Fragrance reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or unforeseen circumstances.
